New on 500px : Canary Cave by erezmarom by erezmarom

A tilt-shift-o-rama of the opening to an elevated ice cave in Mýrdalsjökull Glacier.

After a bouncy super-jeep ride, we arrived at the glacier and made our way on a treacherous snow incline to the cave’s opening, about 20 meters above ground level. A beautiful view of the the mountainous landscape surrounding the glacier can be seen, as well as its opening which – in my opinion – looks quite like a canary.

Next winter’s ‘Land of Ice‘ (southern Iceland), ‘Winter Paradise‘ (northern Iceland) and ‘Northern Spirits‘ (Lofoten Islands) workshops are available on my website. If you’d like to experience and shoot these amazing landscapes with my dedicated guidance, please have a look and consider joining us on one or more of these wonderful trips!
