After a long headache and 2 hours on a twisty road we finally arrived at a beautiful meadow in Mt Laguna. As the sunlight fell we were graced with a beautifully vivid night sky. My friends Dan Douglas, Brian Hawkins and Daniel Tomlinson had a blast sharing stories and setting up multiple axis Timelapse shots. As the 4 hour Timelapses were running I decided to capture this 180 degree panorama.
Since I know you guys love the technical details here they are, this Panorama is 15 vertical images taken with the Canon 6D and Nikon 14-24 F/2.8
EXIF: 20Sec F/2.8 ISO6400
If you wanna learn how to take and or process images like this one, check out my new online and in person workshops.

Etna had an another one of its paroxysms. In this event me and my cousin reached the Valle del Bove, a great point to see the eruption of the Southeast Crater.
Initially, we had to seek shelter among the rocks because the wind was too strong, but it doesn’t worked; In fact, after we pitched the tent to get a greater repair but most especially to change the optics in peace.
For this photography I made an exposure for the sky and another for the ground, then I merged them toghether using Photoshop, finally I made some adjusting of contrast, light and shadow.

I am Mardy SUONG, I am from the one of Cambodian Photographers. I wish to extend my heartfelt welcome to all international visitors and photographers to Cambodia-Kingdom of Wonder.
As one of the fastest growing tourism destinations in Southeast Asia, Cambodia’s rich heritage, cultural and natural resources offer a full range of cultural and eco-tourism sites that are both dynamic and sustainable. Highlights include Phnom Penh, the Angkor Wat and the Mekong River Dolphins, just to name a few.
The Kingdom’s capital is a dynamic city where visitors are in the mood for shopping, dining, sightseeing and more. As Cambodia’s hub for commerce, politics and tourism, Phnom Penh is also home to many important institutions and monuments such as Wat Phnom, the Royal Palace and the National Museum. The magnificent Angkor Wat and Preah Vihear, Heritage of Humanity and World Wonder, is probably the most exotic tourist destination in the world and the renowned yet very rare Mekong River dolphins can also be found in Cambodia. During your staying here, do visit and relax on Cambodia’s pristine beaches, explore the coral reefs around many of our beautiful islands and trek through lush mangrove forests. The bay of Cambodia has been inducted to the Most Beautiful Bay of the World Club.
Regards and thanks!

I shot this photography yesterday on the Mendocino Coastline. Me and my buddy Griffin spontaneously packed up the car at 10pm and took the 3 hour drive on the twisty 1North highway. About 1 hour into the drive we were close to empty on gas and attempted to find a nearby station. After aimlessly searching Google Maps with almost no service, we stopped in to ask the front desk of the only motel in the area. The man at the front desk told us the only gas station open was back 30 minutes the direction we came. If we had kept going we would have been stuck all night with no service in the middle of nowhere.
Long story short, we ended up at the costal trail at about 2am and proceeded to hike down some minor cliffs. Once we hit the beach we were graced with the amazingly vivid Galactic Core over the ocean. I took the panorama out of excitement. I hope you all enjoy it.

Here is a new image from Delicate Arch in Arches National Park Utah. The park has some incredible rock formations matched with a vivid night sky. Its a simple and very well shot composition, however I really wanted to bring my own take to the shot. I hope you all enjoy the image. 🙂
