Took a trip Shingle Street again this morning. Was a grey and drizzly day, but that just added to the sense of remoteness and otherworldliness you get can get there, with the eerily still water in th elagoons lapping against the shingle banks.

Old Buckenham windmill. It’s a shame the farmers never think about the poor old photographers by sowing spring barley, preferably with a sprinkle of poppy seeds thrown in for good measure.

Another Bluebell shot from Wayland Wood on Firday. There is a great carpet of flowers, but not the open vistas I was hoping for as its a regualarly coppiced woodland, so had to close in more on individual details.

Have been shooting Bluebells in a few locations last week ro two, but finding it frustratingly tricky and haven’t really got a shot Im pleased with, so heres one from Happisburgh a few weeks ago without a bluebell in sight!
