Milky Way stars and green “air-glow” shine bright over Immanuel Lutheran Church near Canova, South Dakota. 14 well overlapped shots, two rows of 7, stitched together , other than that there is no editing, just processing the RAW files. This is what it looks like standing here. no dodging and burning no layers just straight up 14 photos stitched together with the auto setting in PSE 11. Milky way stars and some green air-glow shine bright over this old back road south of Canova, South Dakota. Google “air glow” for more info on what air glow is but it is basically caused by excited oxygen molecules in the upper atmosphere and solar radiation blah blah blah, whatever it is it looks cool some nights 😉
