Went to visit the family over 4th of July and had a wonderful time. Penn Cove is situated between Rolling Hills and Coupeville on Whidbey Island and I drove by this scene daily commuting to Everett . I always looked but never got out to scout. I think Whidbey Island is a gorgeous place but I never could get it to transfer well through an image. Underneath the bed of seaweed were mussels and oysters . Salmon and some otter were swimming through the bay and it made me miss my old home
