Seguin Island Lighthouse is located roughly 2.5 miles off the coast of Popham Beach, Maine. As far as I can tell, this is the first Milky Way photo ever taken there. This is by far the most work I’ve ever done for a single photo, and figuring out all the logistics of staying on this island overnight was a bit overwhelming. Luckily, I got permission from the lighthouse organization and ended up with a perfectly clear night. Amazing experience.
