Wasn’t sunny at sunrise in Mount Vernon (Washington State) a couple of days ago, but the dramatic clouds and mountains that surround Skagit Valley on the East framed the tulip farms of Roozengaarde in an unusual and fascinating way. Happy Easter to all!
