Inside a tunnel, westfjords of Iceland. This tunnel is about 14km or 8.7 miles long. There was no other car in the tunnel, not in the one and not in the other direction.

To reach the top of Mt. Hiei and have access to the Enryakuji temple complex you have to take two unusual transports: a cablecar and a ropeway. This because the mountain is very steep and its vegetation is incredibly dense. The railway of the cablecar is cut out of a luxuriant forest. The rays of light filter through the trees and create bright green spots: this view made me think of a tunnel that leads to an hidden realm of nature.
